Intro
Iron Slate Group is an environmental services company built on one job done right: moving material from transfer stations to landfills and disposal facilities, on time and on the ticket. Founded in 2026 and incorporated in Wyoming, we serve counties, municipalities, transfer stations, and waste carriers across the USA who need capacity they can count on.
Our model is simple and deliberate. We partner with experienced owner-operators who run their own late-model equipment under our authority, our insurance, and our standards. That means every load moves with the accountability of a company fleet and the pride of an owner behind the wheel — without the overhead that drives other haulers' rates up.
We keep the details tight because the details are the job: clean equipment, accurate weight tickets, documented loads, drivers vetted beyond DOT minimums, and communication you never have to chase. When a load is scheduled, it moves. When something changes, you hear it from us first.
The knight on our mark is how we operate — deliberate moves, protected flanks, always thinking two moves ahead for the people who count on us. Steady, safe, and built to last.
Work
Transfer station to landfill hauling. Scheduled and on-demand transport of municipal solid waste from transfer stations to landfills and disposal facilities. Walking-floor trailers and experienced owner-operators move each load under our authority and insurance. Routes run on the clock with documented turn times, so station operators can plan tipping floors with confidence. Every ton is weight-ticket transparent from pickup to disposal.
Recycle & material recovery transport. OCC, single-stream, and commodity loads moved between transfer points, MRFs, and processing yards. We protect load quality in transit so recovered material arrives the way it left. Flexible scheduling covers both standing routes and surge volume when markets move. Documentation follows every load for clean chain-of-custody records.
Construction & demolition debris hauling. C&D loads moved from job sites, transfer stations, and staging yards to approved disposal and recovery facilities. We coordinate with site supervisors to keep hauling in step with project schedules. Clean documentation supports LEED and diversion reporting where projects require it. Capacity scales from a single pull to full project support.
Bulk & special waste transport. Approved special-waste streams — contaminated soils, industrial byproduct, and other manifested nonhazardous material — moved with the documentation those loads demand. Our drivers are trained on manifest handling and facility acceptance procedures. We confirm facility approvals before the first load moves, so nothing gets turned away at the gate. Compliance is built into the dispatch, not bolted on after.
Storm & emergency debris response. When weather or disaster generates volume no one planned for, we stand up surge capacity fast. Owner-operator flexibility lets us scale trucks to the event and demobilize when the work is done. We integrate with county and municipal emergency operations and FEMA-style documentation requirements. Debris moves safely, quickly, and with records that survive the audit.
Contract capacity. Overflow and dedicated-lane support for waste carriers and municipal RFP contracts. Fully insured, DOT compliant, and weight-ticket transparent on every load. We back carriers quietly behind the scenes or run lanes under our own name — whichever the contract calls for. Fixed-term and evergreen arrangements are both on the table.
About
I am a mother first, a founder second, and someone who believes the strongest things are built to last.
I created Iron Slate to build a practical, durable company rooted in the industries and people who physically build America — contractors, operators, drivers, tradespeople, landowners, and hardworking families.
My life has taken me through different parts of the country, from the Midwest to the West and South, and those experiences shaped how I see work, family, and opportunity. I have seen how important skilled trades, construction, land services, transportation, and industrial work are to the communities they support.
Iron Slate is also part of the legacy I am building for my children. As I raise and homeschool them, I want them to see how a real business is created — how contracts are earned, money is managed, customers are treated, problems are solved, and something meaningful is built from the ground up.
My goal is bigger than creating income for myself. I want to build a company that creates opportunity for the people who work with it, supports strong families, and gives hardworking people room to grow.
I believe leadership is about responsibility, loyalty, stewardship, and knowing how to use your strengths well. For me, being a strong woman means building wisely, managing resources carefully, supporting the people around me, and creating something that can outlast me.
Outside of business, I value family, the outdoors, hunting, boating, traveling, and time with the people I love.
Iron Slate is about building something strong, useful, and lasting — something my children can one day look back on and know was built with purpose.
